Wednesday (Oct. 9th) is the Event / Fundraiser for Heather French Henry for Secretary of State here at The Dive. This is our first political event and we are excited that someone took notice of our little town and you should be too!
We are in awe of Heather’s foundation for Veterans Foundation and the advocacy work she has done as head of the Kentucky Department of Veterans Affairs so we created a cocktail called “Rosé the Riverer”. We will be serving it on Wednesday during the fundraiser and 50% of the proceeds goes to Operation Stand Down Kentucky a Professional Veteran Fiduciary/Representative Payee Program that focuses on paying a veteran's debts and monthly fixed expenses, especially a veteran that struggles with any type of vice or addiction or have been diagnosed with mental illness.
Fine Arts Bistro is catering the event and Sarah Beth Terry will be singing before Heather takes the stage. The event is from 5:30 till 7pm and is 21 and up only.
